C3D is the first Authorised Service Partner in the UK for scan2plan.io, an innovative offering that delivers as built artefacts to your specification in just days. Working with Scan2Plan means that you'll be working directly with an experienced team of drafters (AutoCAD and Revit) and licensed engineers from the United States along with C3D to ensure that your space is captured, processed and your requirements delivered in record time.
The Scan2Plan service includes:
• LiDAR scan of interior and exterior of property
• 3D Revit model including all walls, floors, doors windows, basic fixtures, visible structural elements, roof line and ground topography immediately around the structure
• AutoCAD floor plans and elevations delivered in the standards of the architect or engineer working on the project
• 3D Point Cloud (LiDAR scan data) including 360 images viewable in Autodesk Recap or Leica JetStream Viewer
Additional services include:
• Scanning and detailed modeling of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing systems
• Topography scanning and modeling via terrestrial LiDAR
• Output to a wide variety of 3D formats via the IFC or DXF standards
